Particle Capture Systems
Particle Capture Systems (PCS) answer the question every blow-off cleaning process eventually raises: where do the particles go? Each PCS unit pairs ionized blow-off cleaning with a high-velocity capture hood that pulls dislodged particulate away from the part and traps it in a HEPA filter (99.97% at 0.3 µm), returning clean air to the room instead of redistributing contamination across your work area.
The patented hood design (US Patent 10,610,817) delivers high face velocity at the point of capture, which is what actually keeps particles from escaping. Units are CE certified and made in the USA, and pair with Simco-Ion ionizing air guns for complete static neutralization and particle removal.
