Pass-Through Cleaning for Parts and Trays at Final Packaging
The PCS Clean Table is a mobile stainless steel cleaning station built for the last step before sealing. Parts and trays pass between 18 in top and bottom stainless hoods, where an air tube and a Simco-Ion IQ Easy static bar neutralize charge and blow particles loose while a 500+ CFM vacuum captures them through HEPA filtration. Air and vacuum are both adjustable, and a photo-eye sensor controls airflow so it runs only when a part is present.
