Where We Ship
Empire Tech Solutions, Inc. (“ETS”) ships throughout the United States. Free shipping, where offered, applies to the continental United States only.
Standard Shipping Rates
Orders totaling $500 or more ship free to addresses in the continental US, unless the item requires a shipping quote (see below). Orders under $500 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. ETS selects the carrier and service.
Items That Require a Shipping Quote
Some items, such as large, heavy, or freight-class products, require a shipping quote. Shipping for these items is not included in the product price, and they are sold FOB ship point. For quoted items, we can:
- prepay the shipping and add the charges to your invoice,
- ship on your carrier account, or
- provide a freight quote.
ETS reserves the right to choose which of these methods are available for a given order.
Shipping Terms
Orders ship FOB ship point, meaning title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Where free shipping applies, ETS pays the freight charges. Please inspect shipments on delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to report damage.
Processing Time and Lead Times
Orders for in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Some items have manufacturer lead times or ship directly from the manufacturer, and those will take longer. Lead times are shown on the product page or confirmed when you order. We’ll contact you promptly if your order will take longer than expected.
PO Boxes
We generally do not ship to PO boxes. Special arrangements can be made case by case. Please contact us before ordering.
