Tabletop Particle Capture for Ionized Blow-Off Cleaning
The PCS Clean Station is a self-contained tabletop capture unit that sits right where you clean parts. As you blow off a part with an ionizing air gun, the Clean Station's patented capture hood pulls the dislodged particulate in and traps it in a HEPA filter, so contamination leaves your process instead of settling back onto parts, fixtures, and the work surface. Sealed edges and an enclosed base keep air and particles from escaping, and the unit is light enough to move between workstations.
