The Simco-Ion Model 6422e Point-of-Use Ionizing Blower is a compact ionization solution designed for tight, confined areas and in-tool applications where effective static control is required. It delivers reliable ionization to mitigate ESD (electrostatic discharge) and reduce ESA (electrostatic attraction) in hard-to-reach process zones, helping to protect sensitive components and assemblies.

Featuring patented IsoStat® technology, the 6422e provides self-balancing ion output without the need for calibration. It is powered from 24 VDC or 24 VAC sources and includes LED indicators for power and alarm status. The 6422e-AC variant adds an Auto Clean System that automatically cleans emitter points on power-down to reduce maintenance and extend operational life. A factory-installed U-bracket simplifies mounting in compact locations, and an FMS interface facilitates remote fault notification in automated environments.

Simco-Ion Model 6422e Point-of-Use Ionizing Blower

Used to neutralize static charge and control ESD (electrostatic discharge) and ESA (electrostatic attraction) in confined or hard-to-reach process areas where a small, reliable ionizing blower is required.

Point-of-use / in-tool ionization: delivers focused static neutralization inside automated equipment, guarded enclosures, or process tools where space is limited.

Electronics assembly and test stations: reduces static charge on components and fixtures to help prevent ESD during handling, inspection, and test.

Part cleaning and handling processes: neutralizes static charge during or immediately after cleaning operations to help prevent re-attraction of particles to parts and surfaces.

Localized cleanliness control: helps maintain part and surface cleanliness in areas where static charge would otherwise attract dust or debris.
