5810i Overhead Ionizing Blower
The Simco-Ion Model 5810i Critical Environment Overhead Blower is designed to provide industry-leading balanced ionization performance in cleanroom and other critical manufacturing environments. The Model 5810i is certified for use in ISO 14644-1 Class 4 cleanrooms and is engineered for applications requiring precise electrostatic charge control and high ion output.
The 5810i can operate with Novx System external sensors, allowing the blower to maintain precise balance better than ±1V by actively adjusting ion output in response to environmental changes. Using steady-state DC technology-the established method for mitigating the effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and ESD-induced electromagnetic interference (EMI)-the Model 5810i delivers maximum ion output where and when it is needed.
Compatibility with modern cleanroom operating conditions is ensured through the use of silicone-free air-bearing fans. Each fan is engineered for cleanliness and sealed from the rest of the chassis to meet stringent critical-environment requirements. Ionization systems that do not meet these standards risk introducing contamination and potentially reducing manufacturing yields.
