Aerostat FPD High Output Overhead Ionizer

The FPD Overhead Ionizing Air Blower is used for long-range, overhead static control and particle reduction in applications where wide-area coverage and extended ionization reach are required.

Broad-Area Overhead Static Control: provides uniform ionized airflow over large work areas to neutralize electrostatic charge and reduce electrostatic attraction (ESA), helping limit particle adhesion across workstations, conveyors, and process zones.

Extended-Range Ionization: selected when ionization must be projected over longer distances from an overhead mounting position where benchtop or point-of-use ionizers cannot provide sufficient reach or coverage.

Electronics Manufacturing & Assembly: supports static control and particle reduction across assembly, inspection, and test areas where consistent, wide-area ionization improves process stability.

Clean Manufacturing & Controlled Environments: used in environments where overhead ionization helps reduce static-related particle attraction without interfering with localized processes.
