Top Gun 3 Ionizing Air Gun
The Top Gun 3 ionizing air gun is designed for ionizing blow-off cleaning and particle removal at the point of use. By combining high-velocity air with balanced ionization, the Top Gun neutralizes electrostatic charge while removing dust, debris, and contaminants from parts and surfaces. This prevents particles from being re-attracted during cleaning and improves results in electronics, optics, medical device, and precision assembly applications where cleanliness and static control are critical.

The Top Gun 3 ionizing air gun is used for ionizing blow-off cleaning and particle removal at the point of use. By combining high-velocity air with balanced ionization, it removes dust and debris while neutralizing electrostatic charge to prevent particles from being re-attracted to surfaces during cleaning.

Ionizing Blow-Off Cleaning & Particle Removal: Removes particles, fibers, and debris from parts and surfaces while neutralizing static charge, improving cleaning effectiveness and reducing recontamination caused by electrostatic attraction (ESA).

Electronics & PCB Assembly: Used to clean printed circuit boards, components, and assemblies during assembly, inspection, testing, and rework while minimizing ESD risk and static-related particle attraction.

Optics & Optical Components: Supports particle removal from lenses, glass, and optical assemblies where electrostatic attraction can cause cosmetic defects or yield loss.

Medical Device & Precision Assembly: Provides controlled blow-off cleaning of sensitive components and assemblies where cleanliness and static control are required during handling and inspection.

Laboratory & Clean Manufacturing Workstations: Delivers localized ionized air for cleaning tools, fixtures, and parts in clean manufacturing and laboratory environments without introducing static-related contamination.
