Simco-Ion Technology Group introduces the next generation of general electronic benchtop ionizing blowers with the Model 6832. Designed to provide reliable performance and fast static charge control, the Model 6832 supports effective electrostatic management for ESD-sensitive benchtop work areas and confined mounting locations.
The Model 6832 incorporates an internal automatic balance control system that ensures ionization continues to reach the target with a high level of accuracy, helping reduce setup time and ongoing adjustment. Its compact design and small footprint allow optional mounting in space-constrained environments while delivering precisely balanced, directed ionization where it is needed.
Engineered for use in environments with controlled levels of contamination, the Model 6832 meets ISO 14644-1 Class 4 cleanliness requirements. Integrated Facility Monitoring System (FMS) connections, alarm outputs, and an optional audible alarm provide immediate indication of operating conditions. A built-in manual emitter point cleaning system supports routine maintenance and consistent long-term performance.
